Job summary

Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking caring, dependable LNA/PCA caregivers to provide in-home support in the Goffstown, NH area. We are hiring Part-Time and Per Diem caregivers who help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

As a caregiver, you will assist with daily routines, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship while following each client’s care plan.

Qualifications

• Active NH LNA license or PCA qualification preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience in home, assisted living, healthcare facility, or similar setting.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Clear communication skills and professional interaction with clients, families, and team members.
• Patient, respectful attitude with a genuine interest in helping others.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow care instructions.
• Dementia care training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene.
• Support clients with walking, repositioning, and transfers while following safe care practices.
• Observe clients for changes in condition and report concerns to supervisor or care coordinator.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance while respecting dietary requirements.
• Help keep clients’ homes clean, organized, and comfortable through light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with errands and other routine activities per the care plan.
• Offer companionship to help clients feel supported.
• Follow established care plans and workplace policies to ensure respectful care.
