Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking caring, dependable LNA/PCA caregivers to provide in-home support in the Nashua area. We are hiring part-time and per diem caregivers who help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Formación

• Active New Hampshire LNA license or PCA qualification preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience in private home, assisted living, healthcare facility, or similar setting.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Clear communication skills and professional interaction with clients, families, and team members.
• Patient, respectful attitude and genuine interest in helping others.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow care instructions.
• Dementia care training or certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene.
• Support clients with walking, repositioning, and transfers following safe care practices.
• Observe clients for changes and communicate concerns to supervisor or care coordinator.
• Prepare meals and assist feeding while respecting dietary requirements.
• Light housekeeping and laundry to keep client homes comfortable.
• Assist with errands and other routine activities per care plan.
• Offer companionship and reassurance to clients.
• Follow care plans and workplace policies to ensure respectful care.

What You’ll Do

As an in-home caregiver, you will help clients with daily routines and provide the assistance they need to maintain their comfort and independence. Responsibilities include:

• Assist with errands and other routine activities as appropriate to the client’s care plan.
• Offer friendly conversation, companionship, and reassurance to help clients feel supported.
• Follow established care plans and workplace policies to ensure consistent, respectful care.
