Responsibilities

• Observe clients for changes in their condition and communicate concerns to the supervisor or care coordinator.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed, respecting dietary requirements.
• Help keep clients' homes clean and organized through light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with errands and other routine activities as appropriate to the care plan.
• Offer companionship and reassurance to help clients feel supported.
• Follow established care plans and workplace policies to ensure respectful care.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• An active New Hampshire LNA license or PCA qualification is preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience in a private home, assisted living community, healthcare facility, or similar setting.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, families, and team members.
• A patient, respectful attitude and a genuine interest in helping others.
• The ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow individual care instructions.
• Dementia care training or certification is a plus.
