Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Nursing Assistant to provide basic care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while supporting patient dignity and safety. You will record vitals, assist with activities of daily living, and work with licensed staff to deliver treatments; NH LNA certification and BLS are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• BLS Certification required.
• New Hampshire LNA license required.
• Clinical/medical office or managed care experience preferred; Nursing Assistant experience may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and records Vital Signs and weights per policy.
• Provide hands on patient care.
• Grooming and personal care of patient.
• Feeds or assists patients with meals and provides additional nourishment and hydration per care plan.
• Collects and bags soiled linen and delivers to dirty linen area.
• Assists physician and or licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Toileting and incontinence care for patient.
• Reports changes in patient’s condition to charge nurse or supervisor.
