Concord Hospital Health System seeks a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to support a unit under the direction of the Director and/or Nurse Manager. The LNA will provide direct and indirect patient care to a diverse patient population under supervision of a registered nurse.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to patient handling policies, with opportunities to serve as a preceptor for new staff and contribute to quality care delivery.

Formación

• High school or equivalent preferred.
• Required: LNA Education Certificate and Final Report of Written and Clinical Competency Testing (NH Board of Nursing).
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.
• Current New Hampshire State LNA license.
• Evidence of ability to work as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care under RN guidance.
• Performs technical skills for physical, mental health and social needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care provided and reports observations to the RN.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policy.
• Demonstrates time management skills.
• Maintains cleanliness and supplies in patient care areas.
• Receives delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Performs job-specific duties and other assigned tasks.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.
