Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proof of LNA Education Certificate and Final Report of Written and Clinical Competency Testing Results required.
• Current NH LNA license or equivalent licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care under the guidance and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Performs technical skills/procedures related to physical, mental health and social needs under the guidance of the RN.
• Documents care provided and reports observations to the RN.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policies.
• Demonstrates time management skills.
• Maintains patient care areas for cleanliness, safety and supplies.
• Receives delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Performs job-specific requirements and other duties as assigned.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.
