Concord Hospital is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to support a patient care team on a unit in New Hampshire. The LNA provides direct and indirect care under RN supervision and participates in a variety of assigned duties to maintain patient well-being and safety.

The ideal candidate holds an NH LNA license and an LNA education certificate with competency testing. A high school diploma is preferred.

Formación

• LNA must hold current NH LNA license.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Proof of LNA Education Certificate and Final Report of Written and Clinical Competency testing.

Responsabilidades

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care under RN supervision.
• Performs technical skills related to patients' physical, mental, and social needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care provided and reports observations to RN.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policies.
• Demonstrates time management in care delivery.
• Maintains patient care areas for cleanliness, safety, and supplies.
• Receives delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Performs job-specific duties and other tasks as assigned.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.
