Qualifications

• High school or equivalent preferred; LNA education certificate required.
• Proof of Final Report of Written and Clinical Competency Testing as required by NH Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification required; NH LNA license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily living and personal care under RN supervision.
• Performs technical skills related to patients' physical, mental health and social needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care provided and reports patient observations to the RN.
• Maintains clean, safe patient care areas and adheres to safety policies.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.
