Qualifications

• NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in good standing.
• COVID-19 vaccination as required by facility policy.
• Ability to care for multiple residents with compassion and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Reposition residents and assist with transfers to promote comfort and safety.
• Change linens and maintain clean, safe environment.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing team.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dignified care to residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies.
• Support health, safety, and personal care needs of residents.
