Nashua Post Acute Center is hiring a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a full-time position in Nashua, NH. You will provide hands-on resident care under licensed staff supervision and assist with daily activities to promote comfort and independence.

Qualifications

• Current, active LNA license in New Hampshire.
• Ability to care for multiple residents with compassion.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Reposition residents and assist with transfers to promote comfort.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable environments.
• Document care per policies and regulatory requirements.
