Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with activities of daily living and personal care under supervision of RN.
• Performs technical skills related to physical, mental health and social needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care provided and reports observations to the RN.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policies.
• Maintains cleanliness and supplies in patient care areas.
• Receives delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Performs other duties and serves as a preceptor for new employees.
