Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is hiring a Training Administrator to manage and maintain compliance, procedural and operational training for airline passenger, cargo and ground handling processes. You will be the primary LMS support resource for all business lines, coordinating with field leaders to ensure timely and compliant training.

You will verify records, assist stations with LMS training, and generate reports for Directors of Training and QA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and two years or equivalent experience in airline ground handling/cargo safety, security, or training.
• Knowledgeable in all appropriate domestic and international guidance and regulations (e.g., TSA, FAA, IATA, OSHA, CBP, pertaining to transportation operations and Worldwide Flight Services).
• Knowledgeable in Federal Air Regulations pertaining to Worldwide Flight Services' Passenger, Cargo and Ground Handling operations
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field general managers/station managers and station trainers to ensure personnel receive both initial and recurrent training specific to their job functions
• Evaluate training compliance in field locations to verify all records are complete and current and that daily operations fully meet government and WFS Standards
• Verify all mandated training has been completed by stations
• Document and submit reports for assigned area of responsibility to company Directors of Training and Quality Assurance and the Vice President of Training and Quality Assurance
• Assist, and coach stations to complete required daily and weekly inspections and LMS training as mandated by the company and department
• Serve and respond to inquiries for LMS technical and/or training support in a timely and efficient manner
• Complete various administrative tasks needed to support the training department
• Attend meetings with other managers to assist and inform of all training, safety or security related issues being discussed
• Compile data to submit to Regional Training Managers and Directors of Training and Quality Assurance to assist in proposals for improvements to processes and procedures
• Assist on special projects and events as needed or perform other duties as required
• Meet with customer/airline representatives when/directed as needed for training or audit related issues
