Job summary

Cibo Vita, a Totowa, NJ-based snack manufacturer, seeks a Technical Training Content Developer to design and implement engaging training materials that support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across operations.

Working with Operations, EHS, Quality, HR, and Engineering, you will translate processes into effective training, administer the LMS, and ensure content aligns with GMPs and SOPs. Travel between Totowa facilities is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience developing technical or operational training content.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or CPG environments.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining training content.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, update, and maintain technical training materials for manufacturing, warehouse, quality, engineering, maintenance, safety, and other operational functions.
• Create engaging training content using presentations, videos, job aids, work instructions, quizzes, assessments, and other multimedia resources.
• Upload, organize, maintain, and improve training content within the LMS.
• Ensure materials are standardized, accurate, visually engaging, and aligned with branding and instructional design.
• Coordinate translations to English and Spanish; manage additional languages as needed.
