Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Education, or Quality Systems.
• Advanced knowledge of LMS architecture, video creation/editing, and Google Workspace tools.
• Experience using Gemini or Notebook LM for rapid content development.
• Excellent communicator who explains complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and prioritize for fast site growth.
• Understanding of document control in high-tech environments.
• Preferred: Instructional Design certification.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to interactive content, training videos, and gamification modules.
• Manage daily system maintenance, troubleshoot with users, and steer LMS roadmap development.
• Serve as technical point of contact for sites, providing training and metrics.
• Coordinate with Quality and Document Control for updates and edits.
• Audit training records and system data to ensure regional compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and create content.
