Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Junior Instructional Designer to assist in creating educational materials and learning experiences. You will collaborate with SMEs and senior designers to ensure accuracy and apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to engage learners.

Responsibilities include developing e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and performance support tools, while testing and revising materials based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Human Performance Improvement, or a related field.
• 1+ year of instructional design experience.
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in instructional design.
• Proficient with Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Experience conducting needs analyses and developing performance-based learning solutions.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in creating educational and training materials.
• Collaborates with SMEs and senior designers to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Applies instructional design models and adult learning theories to create engaging learning experiences.
• Tests and revises materials based on feedback and learner evaluations.
