• Effective problem‑solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary LMS administrator ensuring configuration, users, groups, branches, roles, and permissions.
• Coordinate training sessions and create LMS documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to implement updates and improvements.
• Analyze LMS data to inform learning strategy.
