Job summary

TruLegal, a leading law firm, seeks a Manager, Legal Talent Technology & Analytics to launch and optimize the firm’s LMS. You will configure the LMS, manage governance, support users, provide training, and work with IT and vendors to roll out features.

This role emphasizes analytics, reporting, and translating data into insights to guide learning and talent development. In-office presence in New York 3–4 days per week; prior law firm experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, instructional design, HR, or related field.
• Significant experience implementing and maintaining an enterprise-wide learning system.
• Hands-on LMS administration with Docebo experience a plus.
• Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and SSO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LMS configuration, users, groups, roles, and permissions.
• Coordinate training and provide end-user support.
• Develop reporting frameworks and analytics.
• Ensure data privacy and security practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors on updates.
