Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Learning Solutions Coordinator to support LYB University. You will admin LMS content, manage learner records, and oversee program administration across leadership and enterprise learning offerings.

The role focuses on accurate data, efficient communication, and a seamless learner journey, working with HR, vendors, and internal partners to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of program coordination or learning administration experience.
• 1–3 years supporting LMS or enterprise applications; SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong organizational, data accuracy, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain LMS content, classes, curricula, certifications, paths, and learner records.
• Support learner access, enrollments, completions, attendance, and transcripts.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide timely resolution or escalation.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports for business, compliance, and audit needs.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across learning systems and records.
• Coordinate program administration for leadership and enterprise learning offerings.
• Manage registrations, communications, attendance tracking, and completion processing.
• Serve as primary resource for learner inquiries through LYB University inbox and channels.
• Partner with team members to ensure a seamless learner experience.
• Support follow-up activities related to attendance and course completion.
