Job summary

Everus Construction is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to coordinate learning programs and talent management activities nationwide. You will administer the LMS, promote employee growth, and support organizational effectiveness through training initiatives.

This role focuses on executing the Everus 4EVER Strategy, managing assessments, engagement surveys, and performance processes while maintaining data integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of human resource practices normally obtained through a four-year HR degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years' experience in LMS administration support.

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains the LMS, ensuring data integrity, functionality, and a positive user experience.
• Coordinates, develops, and facilitates training programs and learning initiatives to support employee development and organizational goals.
• Administers talent assessment tools, including Personalysis and 360-degree feedback processes, and supports assessment-related activities.
• Coordinates employee engagement survey activities, including survey administration, communications, and reporting support.
• Supports talent review and succession planning processes by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and assisting with follow-up actions.
• Assists with the administration of the performance management process, including timelines, communications, training, and reporting.
• Develops and maintains internal learning content, resources, and job aids to support employee and leadership development.
• Coordinates and administers leadership development programs, including participant tracking, scheduling, materials management, and program logistics.
• Maintains accurate records and reports related to learning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Administers leadership development program.
• Supports talent development and organizational effectiveness projects and initiatives.
• Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
