Job summary

ASHP is seeking a Manager, Digital Learning Operations to lead our online education ecosystem. The hybrid role requires proximity to the Washington, DC area and Bethesda, MD, with travel to ASHP conferences.

You will manage LMS integration, reporting, QA, and site maintenance to ensure high-quality eLearning experiences. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in learning technology, experience with AMS (Personify), and strong SQL/HTML capability.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree and working knowledge of online content management theories and principles.
• 5+ years' experience in learning technology or LMS administration.
• Experience with AMS; Personify experience a plus.
• Experience with online content building tools and HTML.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with teams to execute ASHP’s online educational programming.
• Serves on LMS customer support team via email and phone.
• Builds and runs report requests using Personify and LMS databases.
• Provides monthly statistics on eLearning products by team and product line.
• Manages QA processes for eLearning initiatives.
• Coordinates national meeting setup and LMS session entries.
• Maintains website pages and overall site structure.
