Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage ENFRA’s enterprise Learning Management System (UKG). You will build curricula, assign training, track completion, and maintain system integrity, working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a seamless learning experience for employees across field and corporate environments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of LMS admin experience, and strong communication and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years administering a corporate LMS with user/vendor interaction.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Proficient Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS (UKG) including curricula, courses, paths and certifications.
• Assign learners, enrollments, and automate rules; maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate with content vendors and integrate external libraries.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Generate reports and analytics to support training strategy.
