Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks an LMS Administrator to manage ENFRA's enterprise learning platform, UKG LMS, and to build curricula, set assignments, and track completion. You will maintain system integrity, support users, and partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver robust learning infrastructure across field and corporate environments.

The role requires 2+ years of LMS experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel for reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience administering a corporate LMS or similar system.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Course Management: build curricula, courses, learning paths, and certifications in the LMS.
• Assign learners to training, manage enrollments, and configure automation rules.
• Maintain data integrity, roles/permissions, and user hierarchies.
• Publish and archive learning content (SCORM/xAPI compatibility).
• Coordinate with content providers to integrate external content libraries.
