Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in academic technology or enterprise applications.
• Two years' supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience administering Canvas or similar LMS.
• Experience with accessibility standards and usability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and professional development for the academic technology team.
• Lead Canvas administration and related teaching/learning technologies.
• Ensure reliable operation of LMS, course scheduling, faculty evaluation systems, and student portals.
• Collaborate with academic and IT stakeholders to drive improvements and governance.
• Develop procedures, governance standards, and service metrics; monitor performance and adoption.
