Zusammenfassung

Shrub Oak International School seeks a licensed mental health clinician (LMHC) on site to support autistic students with complex needs. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy within a trauma-informed framework.

You will collaborate with educators, residential staff, psychiatry, nursing, and families to coordinate care, monitor progress, and respond to crises with precise documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Current NY LMHC licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience providing assessment and psychotherapy services.
• Experience with autistic individuals or developmentally disabled populations preferred.

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment goals and plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-informed approaches.
