Job summary

Ellie Mental Health–Clarkston is seeking a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) for a full-time position in a collaborative private practice serving Michigan clients via in-person and telehealth care.

You will provide intake assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and documentation within LLMSW scope, while benefiting from clinic support, scheduling, and supervision. This is a W-2 commission role with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• MSW degree from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Current Michigan LLMSW license in good standing.
• Eligibility to practice clinical social work under supervision.
• Able to complete documentation within payer timelines.
• Willingness to develop and maintain caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health intake assessments and establish diagnoses within LLMSW scope.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based psychotherapy.
• Complete progress notes, treatment plans, and risk documentation on time.
• Attend required clinical supervision and maintain supervision records.
• Maintain scheduling availability and follow up after cancellations.
• Support client engagement, retention, and discharge planning.
• Participate in meetings, training, and quality-improvement activities.
