Job summary

ISHIR is seeking a Prompt Engineer / LLM Application Developer to design, test, and iterate prompts and context strategies for production features in AI-native delivery. You will build LLM-powered application features end-to-end, from frontend to API, and establish reusable prompt libraries for regression testing.

You will frequently use AI coding assistants like Cursor and Claude Code, and document prompt/version history for reproducibility and client transparency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on LLM delivery experience.
• Strong experience with prompt design and context management.
• Proficient in full-stack development using React/TypeScript, Node.js and Python.
• Experience using AI coding assistants and eval frameworks for LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and iterate prompts and context strategies for production features.
• Build LLM-powered application features end-to-end (frontend to API).
• Establish reusable prompt libraries and regression testing sets.
• Actively use AI-native tooling (Cursor, Claude Code) as the default development workflow.
• Document prompt/version history for reproducibility and client transparency.
