Job summary

ISHIR is seeking a Prompt Engineer / LLM Application Developer to design, test, and iterate prompts and context strategies for production features in AI-native delivery. You will build LLM-powered application features end-to-end, from frontend to API, and establish reusable prompt libraries for regression testing.

You will frequently use AI coding assistants like Cursor and Claude Code, and document prompt/version history for reproducibility and client transparency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on LLM delivery experience.
• Strong experience with prompt design and context management.
• Proficient in full-stack development using React/TypeScript, Node.js and Python.
• Experience using AI coding assistants and eval frameworks for LLMs.

Job description

Prompt Engineer / LLM Application Developer

Builds application-layer features on top of LLMs --- prompt design, context management, and integration into product workflows --- and is the role most directly tied to the AI-native delivery model Ziosk requires.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and iterate prompts and context strategies for production features
• Build LLM-powered application features end-to-end (frontend to API)
• Establish reusable prompt libraries and evaluation sets for regression testing
• Actively use AI-native tooling (Cursor, Claude Code) as the default development workflow
• Document prompt/version history for reproducibility and client transparency

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong applied experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) and prompt/context engineering
• Full-stack development (React/TypeScript Node/Python)
• Hands-on daily use of AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code)
• Experience with eval frameworks for LLM outputs
• Experience Level: 2--5 years, with recent hands-on LLM application delivery

Nice to Have

Gaming/entertainment tech or POD-based deliverymodel experience.
