Job summary

Cohere is seeking Software Engineers with Applied AI to own the design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by large language models. You’ll work with enterprise customers to deliver real-world AI solutions that integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and data sources, while ensuring reliability, observability, and safety from day one.

You’ll own end-to-end use cases, including frontend work when needed, and contribute to frameworks that standardize high-quality delivery across customer

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python.
• Proven ability to deploy RAG and agentic applications.
• Experience with LLM stacks, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Work with enterprise customers to translate problems into agentic workflows.
• Design, build, and deliver LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and act across tools and data sources.
• Develop features for North across the full product lifecycle, from concept to production.
• Own end-to-end use cases, including frontend decisions when needed.
• Contribute to shared frameworks for reliable, observable, and auditable agent ships.
• Drive clarity in ambiguous situations and improve engineering quality across teams.
• Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners.
