Job summary

Cohere is seeking senior software engineers with Applied AI experience to design, build, and deploy agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models. You’ll own end-to-end solutions, integrate tools and data sources, and work directly with enterprise customers to deliver business value.

You will mentor engineers, influence architecture, and help shape North's AI workspace platform across the full product lifecycle, from prototypes to production-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Production-grade software systems experience.
• Hands-on experience building and fine-tuning LLM-based agents in real-world apps.
• Familiarity with modern LLM ecosystems, models, and tool use.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents with enterprise reliability.
• Collaborate with customers to translate problems into agentic workflows.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering quality across teams.
• Define evaluation standards and improve prompts, workflows, and guardrails.
