Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a senior enterprise AI architect to design and own Agentic AI solutions for Supply Chain use cases. You will build multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, and orchestration, deploying across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.

You will collaborate with IT, product, and research teams using LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, NVIDIA NeMo, and AIQ technologies, ensuring governance and observability with human-in-the-loop workflows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software architecture or systems design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, JSON, and backend development (Java preferred).
• Expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, LangChain, ReAct, AutoGPT-style frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval optimization, and similarity search.
• Knowledge of multi-agent systems, planner/executor/critic patterns, and agent orchestration.
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, ITSM through APIs and data connectors.
• Strong solution design, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and own enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions for Supply Chain use cases.
• Build and manage multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, orchestration frameworks, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and user stories.
• Lead integration testing, UAT support, issue remediation, and Hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with IT, product, and research teams using LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, NVIDIA NeMo, and AIQ technologies.
• Design scalable solutions across cloud, on-premises, hybrid, and containerized environments.
• Establish agent governance, human-in-the-loop workflows, observability, and evaluation frameworks.
