Motion Recruitment is seeking an AI Engineer for a global insurance company in Boston, MA. You will design, build, and scale AI-powered features across the digital platform, blending backend engineering with Generative AI to deliver production-ready systems.

You'll work with ML and LLMs, develop backend services for AI workflows, and monitor AI performance while collaborating with product and engineering teams to move features from development to production.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, Java or Kotlin and building high-performance backend systems.
• Experience delivering AI-powered products end to end.
• Experience with AI/LLM evaluation frameworks.
