This backend-focused role centers on API development, microservices, and production infrastructure, with strong emphasis on scalable, reliable AI-driven customer experiences.

The position is full-time, hybrid (3 days onsite in Waltham, MA) with a base salary of $127,000–$220,000 plus an annual incentive.

Qualifications

• 4+ years backend software engineering experience (Python/Go/Java).
• 4+ years integrating ML or LLMs into production environments.
• Experience building APIs, backend services, and microservices.

Responsibilities
