Thresholds is seeking a Team Leader for the Living Room in Illinois. You will supervise the Living Room team, acting as senior coach and reporting to the Program Director to ensure quality service delivery to guests.

You will oversee intake, risk management, referrals, staff development, and weekly team meetings, with a 2nd shift (Tue–Sat, 3pm–11:30pm) and duties that align with agency standards and licensing expectations.
