Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking an experienced Transplant RN Coordinator to join the Transplant Center. This role develops and applies advanced clinical management, education and research to promote quality care for transplant patients and supports staff training.

The coordinator ensures training of new staff, stays current with UNOS and CMS regulations, and collaborates with diverse medical teams to improve patient outcomes in the transplant program.

Qualifications

• Transplant nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with diverse groups and individuals.
• Highly developed analytic, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Emotional/mental ability to perform under pressure and during emergencies.
• Must maintain highest standard of professional conduct and confidentiality.
