Job summary

Five Rivers Cattle Feeding is seeking a Feedlot Supervisor to direct daily livestock feeding and coordinate a team of supervisors and feed crew. You will oversee schedules, hiring, training, and performance, ensuring accurate feed delivery and recordkeeping.

You will monitor cattle intake, optimize feed efficiency, manage budgets, and uphold safety standards while working with the cattle department to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or 1–2 years related experience.
• Knowledge of Word Processing, Spreadsheet and Database software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to read safety and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of workers in daily livestock feeding.
• Manages supervision, hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate feeding with cattle department for timely delivery.
• Maintain feed records and budgets; monitor inventory and costs.
• Emphasize safety and ensure compliance with policies.
