Family Support Services (FSS) is seeking a Background Screenings Coordinator to manage Live Scan appointments, collect necessary documentation, and perform background checks in accordance with Dept. policy. A high school diploma is required, with an associate's degree preferred.

The role requires four years of computer work experience and knowledge of law or criminal justice. Valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Live Scan clients; scheduling and capture of fingerprints.
• Collect documentation, live scan data or fees for background screening services.
• Participate in training and development activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
