Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations management or related field in transportation or luxury services.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and coordinate complex logistics.
• Customer-centric mindset with passion for service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reservation and dispatch processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead new driver orientations, ensuring adherence to service standards and protocols.
• Attend industry trade shows and events to identify new business opportunities.
• Act as primary point of contact for client requests with timely solutions.
• Collaborate with the COO and CEO on high-level strategic goals and projects.
• Budget operating costs to improve efficiency monthly, seasonally, and yearly.
• Fulfill driver roles as needed and participate in on-call rotations.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support operations.
