Job summary

VOD Visual Inc. is seeking a Lead LED Technician for our Fort Worth, TX, factory. This on-site role covers both pre-sales technical support and after-sales service, including overseeing LED installation, testing, and issue resolution.

You will design proposals, create CAD drawings, and lead on-site teams to ensure timely project completion. The ideal candidate has strong LED display expertise, ProAV experience, and excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in LED display systems: installation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ProAV environments and signal distribution (HDMI, SDI, DisplayPort).
• Knowledge of electrical safety and low-voltage wiring for LED displays.
• Proven ability to lead on-site teams and manage project timelines.
• Excellent client-facing communication; ability to explain technical concepts.
• Comfort with heights and safe installation tasks.
• Experience in commercial display, events, or ProAV integration preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
• CTS or related technical diploma/certification preferred.
• Commitment to quality and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales: designs technical proposals, creates CAD drawings, and delivers product demos.
• After-sales: supervising order fulfillment, installation, testing, and issue resolution.
• Maintains installed LED walls and ensures system performance.
• Coordinates with clients and field teams to meet project timelines.
