Job summary

NBCUniversal in Needham, MA is seeking a Producer of Studio & Creative Content to lead a new daily show rooted in the Boston/New England cultural landscape. The Producer will oversee live studio production, curate timely content, and collaborate with on-air talent to drive engagement across platforms.

You will coordinate with in-house teams, manage graphics and social media integration, and ensure the show aligns with strategic advertising campaigns and long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in television production, including live shows.
• Experience leading a team to align on initiatives and voice.
• Experience with newsroom platforms (Dalet preferred).
• Some editing software experience; Adobe Premiere preferred.
• Understanding the impact of social media as a content driver.

Responsibilities

• Be the creative engine for a live daily studio show from inception to delivery.
• Search for latest content around the Boston zeitgeist to develop segments.
• Manage multiple on-air personalities with preparation and communication.
• Build show graphics and lower thirds for social media resonance.
• Coordinate with Ops for top-notch technical execution in live control room.
