Job summary

NBCUniversal in Needham, MA is seeking a Senior Producer, Creative Content to lead multi-platform content from concept to delivery. The role requires managing a team and delivering high-end visuals for social, digital, and linear platforms, with expert knowledge of Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.

The position emphasizes rapid, high-quality content creation, collaboration across departments, and ensuring consistent branding. On-site work is required with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience (internships included).
• 5 years of editing experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator or related software.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and create high-end content across platforms from start to finish as requested by internal clients.
• Assist Management with cross departmental integrations.
• Execute strong editorial judgement and standards skills.
• Participate in daily content meetings and tailor content to department goals.
• Pitch creative concepts to stretch the group’s output.
• Work with other departments and leaders to develop ongoing content and cross-department collaboration.
• Maintain interdepartmental relationships to align long-term business objectives.
• Collaborate with creative department to maintain consistent style and branding for original content.
• Manage external relationships.
• Flexible scheduling; some local and national travel.
• Manage editorial and technical direction of the content group.
