Job summary

NBCUniversal Local in Needham, MA is seeking a Senior Producer, Creative Content to lead multi‑platform productions from concept to delivery. You will plan and execute engaging content for social, digital, and linear platforms, and guide a team to meet project goals.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of editing experience with Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to work on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience (internships included).
• 5 years of editing experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator or related editing software.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and create high-end content across all platforms from start to finish as requested by internal clients.
• Assist Management with cross departmental integrations
• Executes strong editorial judgement and standards skills
• Actively participate in daily content meetings and tailor content based on department goals
• Pitch creative concepts to stretch the bounds of the group's output.
• Work closely with other departments and leaders to develop ongoing content creation and build cross departmental collaboration.
• Maintain close interdepartmental relationships to ensure consistent understanding and execution of long-term business objectives.
• Work with the creative department to develop and retain consistent style and branding with respect to original content.
• Manage external relationships
• Flexible scheduling based on content needs. Some local and national travel.
• Manage editorial and technical direction of creative content group
