Job summary

Tennis Channel is seeking a Digital Content & Platform Specialist to ensure operational readiness, monitoring, QA, and incident response for live events and VOD across its digital ecosystem. You will master the CMS and publishing workflows, know tournament schedules, and serve as a central operator across on-site Santa Monica deployments.

You will be the first responder for incidents, verify streams pre-event, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve reliability and publishing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in live streaming operations.
• 5+ years in digital media supply chain workflow, content operations, and sports broadcast is a plus.
• Extensive experience operating content management systems for live streaming, VOD and publishing.
• Understanding of live sports broadcast and streaming workflows.
• Understanding of content operations, publishing, distribution, media supply chain, and transmission.
• Ability to process information from multiple sources under time pressure.
• Operational familiarity with OTT/CTV/web/mobile streaming environments (Roku, Amazon, Apple TV, etc.).
• Comfort with KPIs and metrics to improve service quality.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor all delivery platforms to ensure continuous, high quality delivery.
• Operate the CMS and publishing tools to support live and on-demand programming.
• Act as Tier-1 incident command and communicate impact to stakeholders quickly.
• Contribute to SOPs, runbooks, known-issue docs, and post-incident follow-ups.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders across shifts.
• Complete pre-event checklists and verify streams and metadata ahead of major tournaments.
• Own content and metadata quality assurance for what publishes.
