Cancelled Breaks in Las Vegas seeks a knowledgeable, organized Streamer Supervisor to oversee nightly live breaks for sports trading cards. You will lead a streaming team, coordinate inventory, and ensure accurate break postings across Whatnot and TikTok.

Position Overview

Cancelled Breaks is seeking a knowledgeable, organized, and hands‑on Streamer Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of our live sports trading card breaks.

This position combines team leadership, live-stream operations, inventory coordination, and trading card industry knowledge. The Streamer Supervisor is responsible for ensuring nightly breaks are properly scheduled, accurately posted, fully prepared, and executed efficiently across platforms including Whatnot and TikTok.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, communicate effectively with streamers and management, and make quick decisions when schedules, inventory, or business needs change.

A strong knowledge of and genuine interest in the sports trading card industry is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to members of the streaming team.
• Help ensure streamers are prepared, informed, and ready for their scheduled live streams.
• Communicate nightly priorities, break schedules, product changes, and operational expectations to the team.
• Monitor workflow and address operational issues that could impact the live schedule.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to streamers as needed.
• Reinforce company policies, procedures, performance expectations, and professional standards.
• Escalate employee performance, attendance, conduct, or operational concerns to management when appropriate.
• Help create a positive, accountable, high‑energy team environment.

Live Break Operations

• Post and manage nightly sports card breaks across Whatnot and TikTok.
• Confirm the nightly break schedule and product lineup with streamers and management.
• Ensure break titles, pricing, teams, formats, products, and other listing details are accurate before breaks go live.
• Review upcoming breaks to identify potential inventory, scheduling, or operational issues.
• Make adjustments to breaks and product offerings throughout the night based on inventory, sales activity, and business needs.
• Help troubleshoot issues that arise during live-stream operations and work quickly to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain clear communication between streamers, management, inventory, and other supporting departments.

Inventory & Product Preparation

• Pull and prepare sports card inventory according to the nightly live-stream schedule.
• Verify that the correct products and quantities are available before scheduled breaks.
• Restock products throughout the night and make inventory adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate organization of products used for live breaks.
• Identify inventory shortages or product concerns and communicate them to the appropriate manager.
• Keep the inventory room, streaming preparation areas, and shared workspaces clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Assist with basic shipping preparation, product sorting, or other operational responsibilities when business needs require.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous leadership, supervisory, team lead, or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of and interest in the sports trading card industry.
• Knowledge of TCGs such as Pokemon preferred.
• Familiarity with major sports, athletes, teams, card brands, product releases, and general sports card market trends.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing break listings, pricing, products, and schedules.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly in a fast‑paced live environment.
• Comfortable providing direction, feedback, and accountability to team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively with streamers, managers, inventory staff, and other departments.
• Comfortable learning and working with live‑selling platforms and internal operational systems.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and other hours based on the live-stream schedule.

Preferred

• Some college coursework or an associate's or bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience supervising employees in a fast‑paced entertainment, e-commerce, retail, collectibles, or live‑streaming environment.
• Experience with Whatnot, TikTok Live, or other live-selling platforms.
• Previous experience with sports card breaking, card shops, collectibles, or online sports card sales.
