Job summary

Cancelled Breaks is seeking energetic on-site streamers in Las Vegas to host live sports card breaks and engage with audiences. The role trains newcomers with comprehensive in-house instruction and provides a pathway to high earnings for top performers.

You’ll learn streaming basics, product knowledge, and sales techniques while representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism in a fast-moving studio environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledgable about one or more professional sports (NFL, MLB, NBA).
• Able to work onsite 5 days a week (not remote).
• Open availability for morning or evening shifts, plus all days of the week during training.
• Basic tech skills; familiarity with streaming platforms and Google Drive is a bonus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a passion for engaging with others.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Role is based in our studio location; NOT remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor chat and communicate effectively with the audience to build relationships and a loyal community.
• Promote products and sell during live streams, upsell items, and drive customer engagement to increase sales.
• Host live streams showcasing sports card breaks and collectibles.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Cancelled Breaks professionally.
• Help with pre-shipping tasks, including packaging and labeling orders for customers.
• Assist with card sorting and organization after live streams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Paid Training (No Experience Required)

At Cancelled Breaks, we provide comprehensive training to ensure our streamers are set up for success.

• Live Streaming Basics: Guidance on using streaming platform including setup, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Product Knowledge: In-depth training on sports cards and the industry to help you confidently engage with the audience and sell products.
• Customer Engagement: Techniques to interact with viewers, build community relationships, and handle common customer questions or concerns.
• Sales Strategies: Tips and techniques for promoting products, upselling, and increasing overall sales during streams.
• Company Policies: Overview of Cancelled Breaks' brand values, guidelines, and expectations for professionalism and consistency.
