Job summary

Cancelled Breaks in Las Vegas seeks a knowledgeable, organized Streamer Supervisor to oversee nightly live breaks for sports trading cards. You will lead a streaming team, coordinate inventory, and ensure accurate break postings across Whatnot and TikTok.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong knowledge of trading cards, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced live environment. This role requires evening/night/weekend availability to support live events.

Qualifications

Leadership experience and ability to supervise a streaming team.
Strong knowledge and genuine interest in the sports trading card industry.
Familiarity with Pokemon and other TCGs is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced live environment.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the streaming team.
Ensure streamers are prepared and ready for scheduled live streams.
Communicate nightly priorities, break schedules, product changes, and expectations to the team.
Monitor workflow and address issues that could impact the live schedule.
Offer coaching and feedback to streamers as needed.
Escalate performance or operational concerns when appropriate.
Maintain a positive, high-energy team environment.
Post and manage nightly breaks across Whatnot and TikTok.
Verify break schedules, product lineup, and listing details before going live.
Identify inventory or scheduling issues and adjust breaks as needed.
Keep inventory areas organized and clean.
