Job summary

Cancelled Breaks in Las Vegas seeks a part-time Live Stream Co-Host to engage viewers, host breaks, and promote products during live streams. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. You will join a fast-paced, energetic team that loves sports cards and community engagement.

Responsibilities include filling in for breaks, moderating chat, and ensuring a high-energy and professional streaming environment. Must be onsite 3–4 days per week in Las Vegas, NY?

Qualifications

• Knowledgable about professional sports (NBA, NFL).
• Knowledge of trading card games (Pokemon, etc.) is helpful.
• Able to work onsite 3–4 days a week (not remote).
• Basic tech skills; familiarity with streaming platforms and Google Drive is a bonus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with viewers, answer questions, and create a fun, interactive atmosphere.
• Fill in for breaks and absences for streamers.
• Monitor chat and communicate effectively with the audience to build relationships and a loyal community.
• Effectively promote products and sell products during live streams, upsell items, and drive customer engagement to increase sales.
• Host live streams showcasing sports card breaks and collectibles.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Cancelled Breaks brand professionally.
• Help with pre-shipping tasks, including packaging and labeling orders for customers.
• Assist with card sorting and organization after the live streams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Paid Training (No Experience Required)

At Cancelled Breaks, we provide comprehensive training to ensure our streamers are set up for success.

• Live Streaming Basics: Guidance on using streaming platform including setup, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Product Knowledge: In-depth training on sports cards and the industry to help you confidently engage with the audience and sell products.
• Customer Engagement: Techniques to interact with viewers, build community relationships, and handle common customer questions or concerns.
• Sales Strategies: Tips and techniques for promoting products, upselling, and increasing overall sales during streams.
• Company Policies: Overview of Cancelled Breaks' brand values, guidelines, and expectations for professionalism and consistency.
• Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company.
• A supportive and collaborative team environment.
