Job summary

Cancelled Breaks in Las Vegas is seeking an energetic on-site Streaming Trainer to engage viewers during live breaks and promote products. You’ll guide audiences, maintain a lively show, and uphold brand guidelines.

You will work in a studio, handle pre-shipping tasks, and collaborate with a friendly team for growth and success. A background check is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledgable about the NBA, NFL, and/or MLB (knowledge of one or more required).
• Basic tech skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Role is based in our studio location. This is NOT a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with viewers, answer questions, and create a fun, interactive atmosphere.
• Maintain a consistent streaming schedule and meet production goals.
• Multi-tasking & monitoring chat and communicate effectively with the audience to build relationships and a loyal community.
• Effectively promote products and sell products during live streams, upsell items, and drive customer engagement to increase sales.
• Host live streams showcasing sports card breaks and collectibles.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Cancelled Breaks brand professionally.
• Help with pre-shipping tasks, including packaging and labeling orders for customers.
• Assist with card sorting and organization after the live streams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Training includes:

Live Streaming Basics: Guidance on using streaming platform including setup, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Product Knowledge: In-depth training on sports cards and the industry to help you confidently engage with the audience and sell products.

Customer Engagement: Techniques to interact with viewers, build community relationships, and handle common customer questions or concerns.

Sales Strategies: Tips and techniques for promoting products, upselling, and increasing overall sales during streams.

Company Policies: Overview of Cancelled Breaks' brand values, guidelines, and expectations for professionalism and consistency.

Able to work onsite 5 days a week.(this is not a remote role)

Available for morning shifts (7am - 3:30 pm), evening shifts(3:30 pm- Midnight), weekends, and holidays
