Job summary

The City of Peoria, AZ is seeking Production Room Assistants at the Peoria Sports Complex for the 2026 Arizona Fall League and 2027 Spring Training seasons. This hands-on role puts you behind the scenes of professional baseball and helps produce the gameday experience for thousands of fans.

You will operate stadium sound, videoboard, and production room equipment; coordinate real-time marketing and sponsor features; and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid AZ Driver’s License upon hire.
• Experience in operation of videoboard, audio, or production room equipment preferred.
• Experience in a sporting and entertainment environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the stadium sound system, videoboard, and other production room equipment during live games.
• Coordinate and execute real-time marketing, sponsorship, and promotional features throughout the game.
• Follow the game closely and react in real time to ensure video, audio, graphics, and entertainment elements are executed at the right moments.
• Ensure the safety of employees and guests by following proper safety standards.
• Assist other departments/areas as needed—teamwork is key!
