The City of Peoria, AZ is hiring Production Room Assistants for the 2026 Arizona Fall League and 2027 Spring Training seasons at the Peoria Sports Complex. You will support live game operations behind the scenes, operating the videoboard, stadium sound system, and related production room equipment.
Ideal candidates are available to work at least 3 games per week, including evenings and weekends, and eager to learn Daktronics and other production software in a fast-paced sports environment.

This hands-on role puts you behind the scenes of professional baseball and gives you the opportunity to help produce the gameday experience for thousands of fans. Working at the Spring Training home of TWO Major League Baseball teams - the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners you’ll gain real-world experience operating the technology that brings a professional sporting event to life.
As a Production Room Assistant, you’ll work directly with the stadium videoboard, audio systems, live statistics, in-game entertainment, sponsor features, and more. This is an opportunity to build valuable technical skills and gain firsthand experience in the fast-paced environment of live sports production.
Work at least 3 games/15 hours per week (including one game Monday-Thursday). Commit to a schedule based on your availability and arrange a substitute if needed. Remain focused and composed while making real-time decisions in a fast-paced live event environment. Be willing to learn new production technology, equipment, and game presentation procedures.
This is a unique opportunity for students, recent graduates, and professionals looking to break into sports production, game presentation, or the sports and entertainment industry. You’ll leave the season with hands-on experience producing live professional baseball games and operating the same types of systems used throughout the sports industry.
