Job summary

The City of Peoria, AZ is seeking Production Room Assistants for the 2026 Arizona Fall League and 2027 Spring Training seasons at the Peoria Sports Complex. This hands-on role supports gameday production behind the scenes, operating the videoboard, stadium sound, live statistics, and promotional features.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are willing to learn production technology, and can work evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating videoboard, audio, or production room equipment preferred.
• Valid AZ Driver’s License upon hire required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the stadium sound system, videoboard, and other production room equipment during live games.
• Coordinate and execute real-time marketing, sponsorship, and promotional features throughout the game.
• Follow the game closely and react in real time to ensure video, audio, graphics, and entertainment elements are executed at the right moments.
• Ensure the safety of employees and guests by following proper safety standards.
• Assist other departments/areas as needed—teamwork is key!
